Taking place over two days, BayBreak Multisport Festival will be hosting a number of fun-run and walking distances for both kids and adults over the upcoming school holiday.
This event - which will be coming to Urangan Pier Park along Charlton Esplanade, Fraser Coast - is a fantastic day out for the whole family, and the perfect motivator for getting active this autumn! There’ll be a distance for all ages and fitness levels, along with medals for everyone that crosses the finish line, making it great fun for seasoned runners as well as those that are joining in for the first time.
Entry-level runners have a choice of 2km and 5km distances, which then progress into the 10km run, 21km Half Marathon and the 42.2km Marathon along the foreshore. There’s a distance for everyone at BayBreak Multisport Festival, and a medal for all that make it across the finish line!
For those that have never participated in a triathlon, there will also be a fantastic opportunity to try it for the first time in the Come and Try event with a full water safety team from the local Hervey Bay Surf Lifesaving Club.
BayBreak Multisport Festival will conclude with the All Abilities Triathlon, which is just as inspiring to spectate as it is to take part in!
