Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check in: 2pm till 5pm  for afterhours check in please call the reception on 07 4125 5079 or email [email protected] before 4pm to arrange

Checkout: Anytime up to 10am

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

We take a small deposit to secure your room when booking through the website.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Please let us know when you are booking that you will be arriving outside of Reception hours and we will organise access to key code. We must have Credit Card details and this must be arranged prior to 4pm on the day of arrival.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

 Subject to availability please ask Reception on booking or checkin.

Q: What are the reception hours?

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 10:00am  2:00pm- 5:00pm

Saturday and Sunday Hours vary with seasons and checkins

These hours may be extended during busy periods.

Please contact us if you are arriving outside these hours for a key code.

onsite managemnet can be contacted outside of these hours on the mobile number provided on the office door.

Q: Can I book tour tickets at reception?

All tours can be booked at Reception at no extra charge

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

If a booking is cancelled 2 days before arrival, the first nights accommodation cost will be forfeited.  
If booking amended at least 2 days before arrival  no fee may be charged.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

 Yes limited wifi is available - Ask for free login code from reception when checking in which will allow up to one hour

Q: What facilities do you have?

Inground pool.

Barbeque Areas. 

Free use of 2 Push Bikes.

Boat & Van parking. 

Q: Is there car parking available?

Carports to each studio. Some bungalows have garages. Large area to park boats & Vans

Q: Is all linen provided?

 Yes. Please ask at Reception if you require BeachTowels.

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

Rooms are servied once a week for stays longer that 7 days.

You can request to have daily servicing, a fee is attached to this service.

Q: Are you Pet Friendly?

Our two bedroom Villas are pet friendly however our studios do not allow pets. Please advise when booking if you are bringing your pet.
